PersianGabbehRugs.com stands behind the products we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it for a refund of the cost of the rug. To return rugs, follow these simple steps:
- Email or call us within 30 business days of the receipt of your rug.
- When you contact us- all information will be taken and an email will be sent to you with return information.
- Repackage the rug in its original packaging or equivalent.
- Please follow the return information sent to you in the e-mail.
- Please note that clients are responsible for return shipping.
